Beautiful dive site accessible for all types of diving, boat diving, shore
diving, or snorkeling.
The reef extends about
75 metres along and 20 metres wide. Covered by kelp reef you will find Shrimp and Moray eels hiding in the undercuts on the south side of the reef. Wobbygong sharks sleeping, massive schools of baitfish (hence the name “The Bait Grounds”) and the odd Grey
Nurse Sharks. A dive everyone
should give a go!
If you decide to go from the shore, its
about a 150meter swim.
Visibility can be down to 2 metres or up to 25 metres plus. Surge can also be found on this dive site.
